In case of registration/authentication to My Account through Facebook (a service of Facebook Ireland Ltd. acting as autonomous data controller) we collect from Facebook only the data necessary for your registration/authentication.

If you are not at least 13 years old please do not use this site.

If you are in certain countries in the eu, even if you are at least 13, but not yet 16, you may need your parent’s or guardian’s approval.

SERVICE TERMS

For all shipments going to countries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the country of shipment. Payment of these duties is required to clear your order through customs.
It is not possible to calculate the exact amount to be paid for taxes and duties, so please check before placing an order.

Free shipping over 150€ worldwide.

Express Delivery to: Portugal and Europe
within 2 to 4 working days

Express Delivery to: USA
within 4 to 6 working days

Express Delivery to: Asia
within 4 to 6 working days

Orders are sent from our storehouse in Portugal on working days (excluding national holidays).
Delivery times will be calculated from the date your order was placed, unless otherwise specified.

Pre-order products will be shipped within the indicated date on the product description page.

As soon as they are available, these items will be sent with Express shipping.

We work closely with our shipping partner to reduce delivery delays as much as possible. However, before we can ship your purchases, we need to match your information with the credit card company.

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number to keep track of your shipment at all times until your package is received.

RETURN POLICY

ATOS 94 has a 14-day return policy from the time of orders delivery.

Cancelling or modifying an order

If for any reason you need to cancel your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to satisfy your request, but we cannot guarantee that your order can be changed once it has been placed.

Place the item(s) in the original box or in an equally robust box, making sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package. The return label included in the package must be attached to the outside of the box.

Book a pick-up by contacting our delivery partner, or bring the package to the nearest drop-off point. You can also enter the waybill number directly on the carrier's website.

Keep the tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment of your parcel.

Once received in the storage house, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions, it will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase.

You will receive a confirmation email when the return has been successfully completed.

Express shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are not refundable.

Outside EU

Place the item(s) in the original box or in an equally robust box, making sure to remove all previous labels from the outside of the package.

Arrange your return shipment with the courier of your choice and send the parcel directly to us.

Once received in stock, the return will be processed and if it complies with the required conditions will be credited back to the type of payment used at the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email when the return is successfully completed. express shipping costs charged at the time of purchase are not refundable.

ATOS 94 cannot be held responsible in case of loss, theft or damage to returned package.
